Case Studies

Villa domestic water treatment

To meet the villa area's daily demand for 3 tons of direct drinking water, a 0.5 ton/hour reverse osmosis system was customized. The raw water's initial conductivity was approximately 300 μS/cm. After installation and commissioning, the outlet water's conductivity steadily dropped to 1.22 μS/cm, far exceeding the standard for direct drinking water. The water quality is pure and meets standards, meeting daily drinking, cooking, and other water needs.

Scenic area domestic water treatment solution

The client's raw water comes from a river, polluted by an upstream sewage treatment plant. The river water is turbid and silty, requiring treatment for use in the scenic area's domestic water supply, which is approximately 800 tons per day. We customized a combined pretreatment and two-stage reverse osmosis system. The equipment has been installed and commissioned, and the effluent meets domestic water standards.

Centralized water supply project

The client's raw water, sourced from a mining well, was high in salt and contained excessive heavy metals. They needed to treat an average of 100m3 of water per day to meet the domestic water needs of surrounding factories and villagers. The treatment requirement was to meet domestic water standards. We recommended high-density reverse osmosis equipment to address these issues, ensuring water safety.

Water used in copper mine

production workshops

The client's raw water, groundwater (well water), was plagued by sedimentation and turbidity, requiring it to be used for workshop equipment operation. We customized a combined treatment solution consisting of a quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, and water softener. The equipment has been installed and commissioned, and the effluent is clear and fully meets operational standards.

New material production water

The client's raw water is well water, which is yellow and turbid due to sediment impurities. It needs to be used for factory production, with a daily processing capacity of about 1,000 tons. We customized a 150T/H quartz sand + activated carbon + precision combined treatment solution. The equipment has been installed and debugged, and the water quality is clear and meets the standards.

Domestic sewage treatment project for hotel apartments in Rwanda, Africa

A hotel apartment, without a municipal pipe network, required 100 m3/D of domestic sewage to be treated for surface discharge and flushing. The "AO+MBR process" solution was adopted, resulting in clean, clear effluent that fully met both discharge and flushing requirements. The client expressed satisfaction with the treatment results, effectively resolving the wastewater's difficult disposal problem.

Food factory wastewater treatment solution

For a food factory dealing with 500 m/d of slaughterhouse and food processing wastewater (high-concentration organic wastewater, reddish-brown with a strong fishy odor), which must be discharged to a local sewage treatment plant (COD requirement <240 mg/L) in accordance with an environmental impact assessment, a "flotation machine + A20 integrated equipment" solution is recommended.
