Large water treatment equipment

Water pretreatment equipment is a common and essential component of water purification. Its primary purpose is to remove suspended solids, heavy metals (such as iron and manganese), colloidal organic matter, and biomass. It also removes or reduces hardness factors like calcium and magnesium, as well as bicarbonate concentrations. This reduces the burden on desalination equipment and ensures consistent effluent quality.

Multi-media filter: The filter is filled with refined filter media of different sizes and types, which are arranged from top to bottom and from small to large. It can remove suspended matter, sediment, clay, humus, etc. in the water body, so that the turbidity of the outlet water reaches the ideal effect.

Activated carbon filter: Activated carbon adsorption filtration is a key component of water pretreatment. It chemically adsorbs various substances, removing odors, organic matter, colloids, residual chlorine, and other substances from water.

Iron and manganese removal filtration equipment: This equipment incorporates mature domestic iron and manganese removal technologies, utilizing innovative processes such as well pump residual pressure jet extraction, tubular static mixed dissolved oxygen, and free-disk degassing filter bed contact oxidation filtration. The traditional in-vitro oxidation device is integrated into the equipment itself, resulting in a streamlined, compact layout and significant energy savings. It is ideal for removing iron and manganese from urban and rural domestic water supplies, as well as for various industrial uses.

Water softening equipment: The total amount of calcium and magnesium ions in water is called water hardness. Insoluble deposits (scale) easily form during daily and industrial water use, causing significant inconvenience in daily life and production. Softening units effectively remove calcium and magnesium ions from water, reducing the outlet water hardness to ≤0.02mmol/L.

Precision filters: The filter body is made of stainless steel, and the filter element is made of PP spray-melted. The filter features a conical pore structure and offers high dirt holding capacity, long service life, and easy replacement. Filtration precision ranges from 0.1μm to 50μm.

Coagulation and sedimentation: By adding high-molecular-weight substances (flocculants) to the source water, fine, loose flocs in the water are transformed into larger, denser particles, facilitating rapid sedimentation.
