Equipment introduction

The integrated sewage treatment equipment adopts internationally advanced biological treatment technology. Based on the operating experience of domestic and foreign domestic sewage treatment equipment, an integrated organic wastewater treatment device is designed, which removes BOD5, COD, and NH3-N in one. It has stable and reliable technical performance, good treatment effect, low investment, automatic operation, and easy maintenance and operation.

Equipment features

1. The treatment effect is superior to that of completely mixed or two-stage series completely mixed biological contact oxidation tanks. It is also smaller than an activated sludge tank, has strong adaptability to water quality, is resistant to shock loads, and produces stable effluent quality without sludge bulking. The tank utilizes a new elastic three-dimensional filler with a large specific surface area, making it easy for microorganisms to form and remove biofilms. Under the same organic matter loading conditions, it achieves a high organic matter removal rate and increases the solubility of oxygen in the water.

2. The biochemical pool utilizes a biological contact oxidation process, which uses a relatively low filler volume load. The microorganisms are in their self-oxidation phase, resulting in low sludge production and requiring only drainage every three months or more.

3. The entire treatment system is equipped with a fully automatic electrical control system and an equipment fault alarm system, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Normally, dedicated personnel are not required, requiring only timely equipment maintenance and upkeep.
