Large water treatment equipment

Water pretreatment equipment is a common and essential component of water purification. Its primary purpose is to remove suspended solids, heavy metals (such as iron and manganese), colloidal organic matter, and biomass. It also removes or reduces hardness factors like calcium and magnesium, as well as bicarbonate concentrations. This reduces the burden on desalination equipment and ensures consistent effluent quality.

Coagulation and sedimentation: By adding high-molecular-weight substances (flocculants) to the source water, fine, loose flocs in the water are transformed into larger, denser particles, facilitating rapid sedimentation.

Multi-media filters: These filters are filled with refined filter media of varying sizes and types, arranged from top to bottom and from small to large. They remove suspended solids, silt, clay, humus, and other materials from the water, achieving the desired turbidity level in the effluent.

Activated carbon filters: Activated carbon adsorption filtration is a key component of water pretreatment. It chemically adsorbs various substances, removing odors, organic matter, colloids, and residual chlorine from the water.
Iron and manganese removal filtration equipment: The iron and manganese removal equipment absorbs the domestic mature iron and manganese removal technology, adopts well pump residual pressure jet extraction, tubular static mixed dissolved oxygen, free disc degassing filter bed contact oxidation filtration and other new processes, and integrates the traditional in vitro oxidation device into the equipment body, so that the equipment process is reasonably arranged and compact with significant energy-saving effect. It is an ideal equipment for iron and manganese removal for urban and rural domestic water and water used in various industries.
