Boiler softening water equipment

Working principle
Ion exchange resin is a polymer with functional groups. Conventional sodium ion exchange resins typically carry a high concentration of sodium ions.
When the calcium and magnesium ion content in water is high, the ion exchange resin releases sodium ions, and the functional groups bind to the calcium and magnesium ions, reducing the calcium and magnesium ion content and the water's hardness. This is how water softening equipment works. When a large number of functional gene groups on the resin combine with calcium and magnesium ions, the softening ability of the resin decreases. Sodium chloride solution can be passed through the resin. At this time, the sodium ion content in the solution is high, and the functional gene groups will release calcium and magnesium ions and combine with sodium ions. In this way, the exchange capacity of the resin is restored. This process is called "regeneration".
Performance Features
1. High Efficiency: The water softener's overall design and comprehensive components maximize the effective exchange capacity of the resin.
2. Labor-Saving: Highly automated, no dedicated personnel are required.
3. Water-Saving: The softener achieves a water production rate of over 98%.
4. Power-Saving: Utilizing a siphon regeneration principle, it eliminates the need for a salt pump and consumes only 1% of the power of manual water softeners.
5. Small Footprint: Only the space required for the resin tank and salt tank is required, saving space for piping and a salt pump.
7. Low Operating Costs: Due to its high degree of automation, the water softener can adapt to changes in water volume, accurately measuring water output and regeneration agent dosage, avoiding unnecessary waste of regeneration agent during regeneration and saving significant labor costs.
