Integrated sewage equipment

The integrated domestic sewage treatment equipment is a treatment device designed for domestic sewage and similar industrial organic wastewater. It uses MBR membrane bioreactor and biological contact oxidation processes. The device can effectively remove pollutants such as BOD5, COD, and NH3-N. The treated water quality meets national emission standards and is suitable for residential areas, villages, towns, tourist attractions and other areas without pipe networks.

The main body of the equipment is made of anti-corrosion materials such as fiberglass and stainless steel, with a service life of over 50 years. It supports above-ground or underground installation. The underground design can retain the surface greening function. Its core technology has the characteristics of strong impact load resistance, stable water output, and low mud production (mud is discharged once every 90 days or more). It is equipped with a fully automatic control system to achieve unattended operation. The modular design of the box supports customization of processing capacity of 5-500 tons/day, and can meet different emission standards through various process combinations such as AO and A2O.
