Overflow UV Sterilizer
High-Efficiency Physical Disinfection Equipment
Product Overview
Overflow UV Sterilizer is a water disinfection device that uses ultraviolet (UV) irradiation to inactivate bacteria, viruses, algae, and other microorganisms.
Water flows through the chamber in an overflow design, ensuring uniform exposure to UV light and achieving efficient sterilization without adding any chemicals.
It is widely used in drinking water treatment, wastewater reuse, industrial water systems, aquaculture, swimming pools, and laboratory water treatment.

Working Principle
The overflow UV sterilizer uses high-intensity UV lamps (254 nm wavelength) to destroy the DNA and RNA structure of microorganisms, preventing reproduction and infection.
-
Water enters the UV chamber and flows evenly
-
UV light penetrates microorganisms
-
Pathogens are inactivated instantly
-
Sterilized water exits through the overflow outlet
