FRP membrane housing

High-Pressure & Corrosion-Resistant Pressure Vessel

Product Overview

FRP Membrane Housing, also known as FRP Pressure Vessel, is designed to accommodate reverse osmosis (RO) membranes in industrial water treatment systems.
Manufactured from fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) with high-strength filament winding technology, the housing offers excellent pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life.

It is widely used in RO, seawater desalination, brackish water treatment, and ultrapure water systems.

Product Structure & Working Principle

FRP membrane housings are constructed with multi-layer filament-wound fiberglass:

  • Inner liner ensures smooth flow and membrane protection

  • Reinforced FRP outer layers provide high pressure tolerance

  • End ports and end caps allow easy membrane installation and replacement

The housing safely contains RO membranes under high pressure during operation.
