FRP membrane housing

Excellent and Reliable Internal Quality
This product utilizes microcomputer-controlled automated winding molding. Its primary materials are epoxy resin and fiber materials, processed through a special process. This results in a finished product with unmatched pressure, temperature, and corrosion resistance compared to conventional steel, plastic, and other materials.
Excellent Insulation
The fiberglass membrane housing has a thermal conductivity of 0.15-1.36 W (m.k) at room temperature, approximately 1/200th that of metal. Its thermal insulation performance is unmatched by metal. This characteristic significantly benefits the reverse osmosis membrane within the housing, minimizing the impact of external temperatures on the membrane interior.
Outstanding Corrosion Resistance
The combination of glass fiber and epoxy resin, after a special curing process, creates a naturally corrosion-resistant product. The smooth interior surface and coating offer excellent stability against low-concentration acids, alkalis, salts, oils, and other solvents. This effectively inhibits the entry of seawater and microorganisms into the shell, ensuring zero corrosion over long-term use.
Structural Design
The barrel, head, and slots of the membrane shell undergo rigorous layup design and optimized calculations to ensure structural safety and stability under long-term pressure.
The concentrate side openings are further optimized to meet the necessary safety pressure requirements for four side openings per head, enhancing flexibility during installation.
The end plate is a critical component of the membrane housing assembly. Our end plates are made of fiber-reinforced molding compound, which offers high strength, excellent pressure resistance, and excellent high-pressure impact resistance.
The seal design utilizes a professionally designed "V+X" ring with an O-ring end plate seal, ensuring leak-proof operation in both low and high temperature ranges.
The side opening seal incorporates an L-shaped, bulging circular gasket, ensuring a more secure seal even with angular misalignment.
The side opening is secured with a lift-off nut for greater adjustability.
Based on the actual ASME aluminum alloy plate, the outer ring aluminum alloy stoppers are evenly distributed within the grooves, and the locking nuts maintain control around the aluminum plate for a more secure pressure relief.
The excellent internal structure is safe and reliable.
The combination of superior supporting components ensures higher sealing pressure performance.
The excellent surface treatment ensures the product remains pristine in any humid or hot environment.
It is comparable to domestic products and even superior to foreign brands.
The product's universal performance allows it to be compatible with any domestic and international reverse osmosis membrane series.
