Multi-media filtration
Product introduction
The water filtration equipment consists of a housing, a multi-element filter element, a backwash mechanism, a differential pressure controller, a simplified housing, a stainless steel filter screen, a sewage discharge unit, a transmission device, and electrical controls. A transverse partition within the housing divides the interior into upper and lower chambers. The upper chamber is equipped with multiple filter elements, which fully utilizes the filter space and significantly reduces the filter's size. The lower chamber houses a backwash suction cup. During operation, turbid liquid enters the filter's lower chamber through the inlet and then flows through the perforations in the partition into the filter element's inner chamber. Impurities larger than the filter element's gaps are trapped, while clean liquid passes through the gaps to the upper chamber and is discharged through the outlet.

Working principle
In this continuous cycle, more and more particles are intercepted, the filtration speed becomes slower and slower, and the imported sewage continues to enter, the filter holes become smaller and smaller, thereby generating a pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the differential pressure transmitter transmits an electrical signal to the controller, which controls the start of the drive motor to drive the shaft to rotate through the transmission component. At the same time, the sewage outlet opens and the sewage is discharged from the sewage outlet. When the filter is cleaned, the pressure difference drops to the minimum value, the system returns to the initial filtration state, and the system operates normally.
