Pure water equipment for industrial electronics industry

1.System composition

Pure water equipment generally includes a pretreatment system, reverse osmosis equipment, post-treatment system, cleaning system, and electrical control system. The pretreatment system typically includes a raw water pump, dosing device, quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, precision filter, etc. Its primary function is to reduce the contamination index and other impurities such as residual chlorine in the raw water to meet the inlet water requirements for reverse osmosis. The reverse osmosis equipment mainly includes a multi-stage high-pressure pump, reverse osmosis membrane elements, membrane housing (pressure vessel), and support. Its primary function is to remove impurities from the water, ensuring that the output water meets the required quality.
A post-treatment system is added when reverse osmosis (RO) fails to meet effluent requirements. It primarily includes one or more of a variety of equipment, including anion beds, cation beds, mixed beds, sterilization, and ultrafiltration.

A cleaning system primarily consists of a cleaning water tank, cleaning pump, and precision filter. When a RO system becomes contaminated and effluent fails to meet required specifications, cleaning is necessary to restore its effectiveness.

The electrical control system is responsible for controlling the normal operation of the entire RO system. It includes an instrument panel, control panel, various electrical protection devices, and an electrical control cabinet.

2. Design features

(1). Deep filtration of water is achieved by increasing water pressure. In addition to standard filters, reverse osmosis purified water systems also feature fine filters, granular activated carbon filters, and compressed activated carbon filters. Fine filters offer finer filtration than standard filters, better filtering out impurities from the water. As we all know, activated carbon is excellent at absorbing and filtering odors and impurities. Reverse osmosis purified water systems utilize dual activated carbon filters to achieve deep filtration of raw water, improving the system's filtration efficiency. Furthermore, increasing water pressure to enhance filtration capacity is also an innovation.
(2). The core of pure water equipment lies in the application of reverse osmosis membranes. Reverse osmosis membranes are filtration membranes with extremely small pore sizes. They enable ultra-fine filtration of raw water, separating it into higher and lower concentrations. The higher-concentration water can be recycled, while the lower-concentration water is purified water for human consumption. The price of pure water equipment varies, depending on the quality of the water being treated and the materials used.

We also diversify our production equipment, producing pure water equipment not only for the pharmaceutical industry, but also for the food industry, the electronics industry, and other industries, truly meeting the needs of diverse users.
