The Single Valve Double Tank Softening Water Device is designed to provide continuous softened water through an advanced one-valve, two-tank ion exchange system. While one resin tank is in service, the other tank automatically enters regeneration, ensuring uninterrupted soft water output without downtime.
This system is ideal for applications requiring 24-hour continuous operation, such as boilers, RO pretreatment, heating systems, and industrial process water.
Working Principle
The system uses cation exchange resin to remove calcium and magnesium ions from hard water. A single automatic control valve intelligently switches between the two resin tanks. When one tank becomes saturated, the valve automatically shifts flow to the standby tank while regenerating the exhausted tank using salt (NaCl).
