Equipment introduction

The insulated integrated sewage treatment system adds a set of decorative panels to conventional integrated sewage treatment equipment, also known as an integrated external decorative panel. Designed for above-ground systems, this system enhances their aesthetics and complements local tourist attractions. Customizable features, colors, styles, and patterns are available.

The domestic sewage treatment system can be shut down and restarted at any time and can be temporarily shut down when not in use. However, the biofilm on the surface of the packing material remains intact, remaining in the form of spores. Once aerated, it quickly returns to normal operation.

Furthermore, the fillers used in domestic sewage treatment equipment are mostly polyethylene or polypropylene plastics, which have a large surface area. These surfaces are highly susceptible to biofilm growth, and their ingenious structural design prevents clogging during use, ensuring excellent ventilation and water flow.
 Currently, traditional activated sludge processes, SBR, and oxidation ditch are commonly used in large and medium-sized urban sewage treatment plants in China. Using these technologies to construct industrial sewage treatment plants in small towns would result in high operating costs and operational instability. To address the specific needs of small towns, integrated equipment can be used, offering low investment, low operating costs, stable and reliable technology, and relatively simple operation and management.

Equipment features

1. The decorative panels are formed in a single step by CNC bending cold plates. Anti-corrosion treatment utilizes electrostatic powder coating followed by 200°C high-temperature melting, leveling, and curing, resulting in a smooth, bright appearance.

2. The decorative panels are reinforced with square steel supports between the decorative panels and the enclosure, allowing for electrical heating and insulation with rubber, plastic, or rock wool, ensuring operation even in cold northern regions.

3. The surface finish is highly precise, allowing for custom designs and logos. We can create designs in a variety of styles, including classic, modern, trendy, and landscape paintings. We also offer hand-painted designs, making our equipment more than just sewage treatment equipment; it's a beautiful addition to your landscape.
