Mining wastewater treatment equipment

Equipment introduction

The main components of mine water are suspended solids and soluble inorganic matter. Suspended solids (SS) are primarily composed of coal dust and rock dust, and their content is relatively unstable. Furthermore, as mine water flows through coal mining faces and roadways, it is affected by human intervention, introducing some organic matter into the water. The primary SS component in mine water is coal dust, which can be oxidized by strong oxidants like potassium dichromate, resulting in a relatively high CODcr.

Mining wastewater treatment methods

Physical methods: Cleaning, diversion, and sedimentation.

Chemical methods:

1. Coagulation and sedimentation;

2. Electrodialysis;

3. Reverse osmosis;

4. Neutralization.

Purification technologies primarily include sedimentation, coagulation and sedimentation, and rapid coagulation and sedimentation (coagulation and purification). Different process combinations are used depending on the intended use.

After treatment, water for domestic use must be filtered and then disinfected. Some mine water containing suspended solids has a high salt content and, after treatment, must be desalinated after purification for use as drinking water.

Scope of application

Sewage sludge dewatering in sand field, coal washing plant, ore dressing plant, metal mine, sewage treatment plant, urban piling, sand washing and sand making plant, stone material plant, mine stone plant, mining plant, coal mine, piling mud, river dredging and other occasions.
